A friend called with a leak problem in his apartment in Miami, FL. we interviewed him carefully to get a clear picture of what happened and when. After reviewing the evidence, we found it was enough to draw a clear conclusion. We explained the  problem and gave him the solution.—water on the ceiling dried up.. We saved him from a long argument with his landlord . He appreciated our help and paid our  $25 fee,  a gift compared to the landlord/tenant hassle he had been about to endure.
